We are a church camp renting our facilities to Churches, Christian organizations, and Christian schools. We are not open to the general public.
Lodging –no food service

Church Picnic Fee
$500.00 (no per person fee) includes lakefront (certified lifeguard required if swimming or boating), dining hall, kitchen, gym, outside activities. Excludes lifeguards, hayrides, and any other buildings will be additional fee

RSO – $35.00 per hr. with minimum of 2 hrs. (Must know at time of booking if we are providing this service)
Hayride – $2.00 per person (15 person minimum charge per wagon)
Paintball – $30 flat fee, $25.00 per person (15 person minimum) includes all equipment, air, and referees, approximately 2 hours of customizable scenario play time with two full hoppers of paint. Additional paint as needed for $9.50 for bag of 250. Maximum 18 person per session. (directed by Ohio Valley Region CSB) (Must know at time of booking if we are providing this service)
Lifeguard – $15.00 per hour per guard with minimum of 2 hours (Must know at time of booking if we are providing this service)
Minimum to rent all of camp is 135 people (Patrick, Cedar, and Nurse’s Station not included unless specified)
Minimum to rent Center Camp is 95 people (Patrick, Cedar, and Nurse’s Station not included unless specified)
Minimum to rent A-Frame side of camp is 40 people
Activities at Stony Glen Camp
GYM / GAME ROOM: 40’ x 60’ gym / basketball hoops / ping pong table / foosball table / 2 carpet ball tables (this space is shared by groups, will need reserved times of use)
JOE MOWREY COURT: human foosball, 9 square in the air, 4 square. (open to all groups.)
OUTDOOR SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT:(open to all groups.)
GAGA DODGEBALL PIT:(open to all groups.)
SPORTS FIELD : (this space is shared by groups, will need reserved times of use)
LAKEFRONT: Use of the lakefront (swimming and/or canoeing) requires that all groups (with children) have a certified lifeguard. One is needed for each activity if they are being done at the same time. Lifeguard fee of $15 per hour per guard with a minimum of 2hrs. Must know at time of booking if using lakefront. Will need to reserve times of uses
RIFLE RANGE: $50.00 flat fee (MUST have certified Range Safety Officer) must have own equipment. Must know at time of booking if we are providing RSO, $35.00 per hr. with minimum of 2 hrs. Will need to reserve times of use.
SKEET SHOOTING: $50.00 flat fee (MUST have certified Range Safety Officer) must have own equipment. Must know at time of booking if we are providing RSO, $35.00 per hr. with minimum of 2 hrs. Will need to reserve times of use.
ARCHERY RANGE: MUST have knowledgeable instructor / must have own equipment. Will need to reserve times of use
AXE THROWING: MUST have knowledgeable instructor / must have own axes. Will need to reserve times of use

9 HOLE DISC GOLF COURSE: A-Frame field (open to all groups)
FISHING: catch and release (open to all groups unless another group has reserved the lakefront)
HAYRIDE: $2.00 per person. (15 person minimum charge per wagon) Must know at time of booking. Will need to reserve a time slot.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: While we are always disappointed when a group needs to cancel their retreat here at Stony Glen. We know situations come up that make this unavoidable. We do try to work with our groups to help them rebook for another time so the deposit paid can be transferred. Please contact the office at 440-298-3264 or email stonyglencamp2016@gmail.com
90 Days before arrival date - full refund of deposit paid
30 days before arrival date - no deposit refund will be given
7 days prior to arrival - No refund will be given and you will be charged for one overnight stay per person per the numbers given on the rental contract.
In the event we need to cancel your retreat your options are:
* Stony Glen Providing a full refund
* Transferring your money paid to another retreat.
* Donate what you've already paid as a tax-deductible donation.
Prices are subject to change by board direction
Deposit Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is transferable to another week or weekend within the calendar year and will be deducted from the total cost of retreat.
You will be invoiced for your remaining balance due at the end of your stay.
